We make all our chairs in the greenwood chair tradition. All parts are split from a tree with wedges and froe and then shaped by hand using hand tools or on a lathe. We largely harvest wood from local woods to us in New England. In many cases, we are able to use wood from trees growing within a 5 mile radius of our homes.
